About the Founder & Your Teacher
HealthyDay was founded in 2024 by an Internationally Certified Yoga Instructor and former Product Leader with over a decade of experience at top technology companies like Goldman Sachs and Razorpay.
Combining his expertise in technology with his deep passion for yoga, Mohan built a platform that makes authentic yoga accessible to every city, town, and village. Today, HealthyDay has grown into the fastest growing wellness community, with over 6.75 Lakh registered members.
We’ve supported hundreds of members on their wellness journeys through consistent yoga practice and healthy lifestyle habits. Our mission is to inspire 10 Lakh people to practice yoga every single day for a healthy, happy life.

We offer a 14 Day FREE Program for all our new community members, so they can experience this magical journey themselves. It is completely FREE.
What are the timings? Can I choose my time slot?
We have 7 flexible timings that are suitable for working professionals, house wives, students and elders. You can choose from any slot any day. In our paid community, you also get 24 hours recording so you can access the classes any time anywhere

I have no experience in Yoga, can I attend your classes?

I am over 60 years of age. I am worried if I can do yoga
In every session we have two instructors, one demonstrates a chair or easier version for elders and another a challenging version for advanced and younger students. You can easily start with chair version and progress to challenging versions.
Do you currently offer Live Zoom Classes?
We want to make daily yoga easy and accessible for everyone, so we offer 7 different time slots with complete flexibility — all at the most affordable price. Live Zoom classes don’t allow us to provide this level of flexibility and quality at scale, so we currently offer recorded streams of carefully curated sessions every day.
Each session is designed and taught exactly like a live class, so you still feel guided, supported, and connected throughout the practice.
